Fox Frazier-Foley is a Los Angeles-based poet who hails from New York and Virginia. She is founder and Managing Editor of Ricochet Editions, and has served as Poetry Editor of Gold Line Press. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in journals such as Paterson Literary Review, Western Humanities Review, Denver Quarterly, Midway, THEThe Poetry Blog, Spillway, and Luna Luna, among others. She is an initiate of Haitian Vodou.

Andy Powell teaches fantastical writing and drama to youth in the Bronx. He has poems in or forthcoming in iARTistas, New Linear Perspectives, The Brown Boat, 13 Pages, and DIN Poetry.
